To continue accessing our services, patients will need to download two apps:
The NHS App – for managing your health records and services.
The Dr IQ powered by Evergreen App – for booking appointments, requesting repeat medication, messaging the practice and more.
Please ensure you have both apps downloaded before June 1st to avoid any disruption in services.
If you’re having any difficulty downloading or using the apps, please don’t worry! You’re welcome to come to the practice, where a member of our team will be happy to assist you. We can show you how to use the app and even help create an account for you to ensure everything is set up with ease.
